Important limitation

Administrative service only

File & Serve is not a law firm, lawyer, paralegal, collection agency, or debt-settlement service. We do not select forms, calculate deadlines, decide who must be served, determine the permitted method of service, or provide legal advice. The client remains responsible for the legal sufficiency of documents and instructions.
