    Terms & Service Agreement

    • File & Serve Legal Services acts only as a professional process serving and filing agency. We do not provide legal advice, guidance, or representation.
    • All requests are carried out according to the information and documents provided by the client. Uploaded documents are printed for physical service, and document accuracy and legality remain the client’s responsibility.
    • The service destination postal code is verified automatically. No mileage charge applies within the first 25 km from the nearest File & Serve office in London or Sarnia. Mileage beyond 25 km is charged at $0.85 per km plus HST (13%), based on the server-calculated driving distance from the nearest office to the service postal code.
    • Rush, special-service, travel, add-on, and printing charges are billed according to the selected options and uploaded page count. All listed prices are plus HST (13%).
    • Each service plan includes a Service Confirmation / Proof of Service prepared from our service record at no additional charge.
    • If File & Serve completes the service, a commissioned Affidavit of Service based on our factual service record can be requested as a $25 + HST add-on. We do not provide legal advice and we do not select, complete, revise, or advise on official court forms for clients.
    • Once a job is dispatched or any field attempt is made, deposits become non-refundable and cover coordination and attendance costs.
    • Clients must ensure that addresses, names, and service instructions are current and correct.
    • Submitting a request means you understand and accept our Service Terms and Privacy Policy.

    After successful payment, your service request, uploaded documents, travel calculation, and payment record are saved for File & Serve review.
